Holly is a music director, conductor, educator, and performer with over 35 years’ experience. She is the founder and director of New World Chorale, the acclaimed symphonic chorus that regularly collaborates with leading New England orchestras. From 2011-2014, Holly was appointed choral director of the Symphony New Hampshire Chorus, the official chorus of the Symphony New Hampshire Orchestra. She also directed Colla Voce, the SNH Chorus’ select 16-voice chamber vocal ensemble from 2011-2014.

Holly is a regular guest conductor with the Claflin Hill Symphony Orchestra in Milford, MA, and has led the orchestra and the New World Chorale since 2000 in a wide variety of performances for chorus and orchestra. In September 2009, Holly made her Hatch Shell conducting debut with the Boston Landmarks Orchestra and New World Chorale in a performance of Brahms’ Ein Deutsches Requiem. Holly is also a frequent guest conductor of Symphony NH Orchestra, with recent concerts including Holiday Pops 2012, An Evening of Phantom and Les Miz in April 2013, Verdi Opera Choruses: April 2013, outdoor concert at Holman Stadium: August 2013, and a Renaissance Christmas in December of 2013.

A music educator for over 30 years, she has been music director and vocal director in a number of local area churches and school systems. As a singer, Holly was a member of the Tanglewood Festival Chorus for 20 years.

Holly is a graduate of Gettysburg College and holds a master’s degree in choral conducting from Boston Conservatory. She welcomes inquiries for musical direction, consultation, and conducting for hire performances. She is currently Choral Director at Bishop Guertin HS in Nashua, NH.

All major works of the choral-orchestral repertoire and staged operas were performed under internationally renowned conductors including Claudio Abbado, Bernard Haitink, Leonard Bernstein, Sir Colin Davis, Charles Dutoit, and Seiji Ozawa at Symphony Hall, Carnegie Hall, Tanglewood, Toronto, Hong Kong, and Japan.
